Joy Fit Studio creates customised programmes of training most suited to your needs and objectives. You can choose individual training programmes, in couples or in reserved groups, attending lessons in person or online. We offer different training pathways: Pilates, Functional Training, Cardiolates, Yoga, Silk Suspension and Ballet Fit. The Centre is directed by Pierpaola Bollini, a specialist in in Pilates, Yoga and Functional Training.
