This event, for the I’m proud of you review in collaboration with Patrizia Finucci Gallo’s Salotto, will feature the Festival Respighi Bologna concert scheduled for June 9 in Piazza Maggiore.

FESTIVAL RESPIGHI BOLOGNA
The Respighi Festival, from September 22 to October 1, 2024, is conceived by Maurizio Scardovi and organized by Musica Insieme in collaboration with numerous city institutions and private sponsors. The Festival represents a journey through the era of early 20th century Italy, enhancing not only Respighi’s musical legacy but also the immense musical heritage and cultural and social ferments of early 20th century Italy.
CONCERT PRESENTATION
The festival preview will be held on June 9, 2024 at 9:30 p.m. in Piazza Maggiore, as part of the Bologna Portici Festival of the City of Bologna.
The concert, featuring the young instrumentalists of the “G.B. Martini” Conservatory Orchestra, will be led by Conductor Giulio Arnofi. The soloist will also be extraordinary: for the first time in Piazza Maggiore a former student of the Bologna Conservatory, Laura Marzadori, who at just twenty-seven years of age has become first violinist in the Orchestra of the Teatro alla Scala in Milan, will perform.
