Founded in 1921 by the Milanese lawyer Paolo Venini and the Venetian antique dealer Giacomo Cappellin, Venini S.p.A., then Cappellin, Venini & C., was destined to become a landmark name in the world of art glass, laying the foundations of the stylistic identity that still distinguishes it today.

Venini boasts an unparalleled colour palette that, together with glassmaking techniques, is part of a cultural heritage handed down from generation to generation. Venini’s furnace is in fact the only one capable of producing 125 glass colours, the result of a long and passionate formulation in search of new combinations. The facility is organised to work with 14 furnaces operating at the same time, providing artists and master glassmakers with a colour palette that has no equal. The company is controlled by the Damiani family, already at the head of the international high jewellery brand of the same name, with the aim of giving greater impetus to one of the most authentic Made in Italy excellences.
