Atma Studio
Opened in March 2019, Atma Studio Cavour is the second location of one of Italy’s best-known hatha yoga schools, which was established in 2005 and whose parent location is inside Circolo Mazzini at 6 Via Emilia Levante.
Directed by Piero Vivarelli, it is dedicated to sharing yoga across the board, with a main focus on the practice of hatha yoga in the Anusara style. It offers classes for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
